Privacy Policy

Welcome to Math Champion. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our web platform and mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a secure, distraction-free learning environment. Math Champion is designed from the ground up to be Offline-First and Private by Design.

The core experience of Math Champion is 100% offline. On the web platform, all quizzes, mental math drills, formula references, and interactive tools run locally inside your browser—no answers or scores are transmitted to our servers. On our Android application, all math practice, AI question generation, and logic processing execute entirely on your device with local SQLite/Room storage. If you do not sign in to optional cloud services, no personally identifiable information ever leaves your device.

While Math Champion can be used completely offline without an account, we offer optional cloud features to enhance your learning experience (such as cross-device synchronization, multiplayer battles, and global leaderboards). When you opt into these features, we collect: (a) Basic account credentials (Google Sign-In or email) for authentication, (b) Gameplay statistics (XP, level, streak, Elo rating, and achievements) for cross-device sync, and (c) Ephemeral signaling data for WebRTC peer-to-peer connections during 1v1 multiplayer matches.

Math Champion never collects: (a) Financial or credit card information (all billing, if any, is handled securely via official app stores), (b) Camera access, (c) Device contacts or SMS, (d) Precise GPS location data, or (e) Personal profiling or browsing histories.

• 1v1 Quick Battles: Uses peer-to-peer WebRTC connections. We do not inspect game packets beyond match brokering. • VoIP / Push-to-Talk (PTT): Voice communication is routed directly between peers; we never record or store voice audio. • LAN Classroom Battles: Communicates entirely over your local Wi-Fi network with zero external internet tracking. • Zero AI Training: Your practice answers, score cards, and problem-solving patterns are never sold, shared, or used to train external artificial intelligence models.

We implement industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 / HTTPS) for all data in transit. Optional server-side storage uses secure, restricted-access database infrastructure with strict access controls and regular security audits.

Math Champion is completely ad-free. We do not incorporate third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking beacons, or invasive analytics networks. We do not sell your personal data to data brokers or marketers.

Math Champion is designed for learners of all ages, featuring a dedicated Kids Mode that provides a simplified, distraction-free environment. We strictly adhere to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Families Policies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. Web practice tools do not require any personal details whatsoever.

You retain full control over your data: (a) Local Data: You can immediately wipe all local records, cached certificates, and history by clearing your browser cache or using the "Clear All Data" option in the mobile app settings. (b) Cloud Data: Registered users have the right to request full permanent deletion of their account and all associated records directly from the Profile screen or by emailing us.
